Telecommunications and IT law

I have more than six years’ experience as an in-house lawyer in the telecommunications sector and I now assist clients who provide telecommunications services or equipment as well as large-scale consumers.

My experience in this sector essentially relates to:

1) Infrastructure-related transactions, ranging from network development projects to equipment housing and colocation agreements;
2) Complex telecommunications contracts, as well as combined telecommunications and IT contracts;
3) Certain regulatory aspects of telecommunications

Energy law

Since the deregulation of the energy market I have provided advice to suppliers and producers on the specific regulations which now govern the market. I also advise industrial energy consumers.

My experience in the energy sector covers:

1) The legal and regulatory framework governing the relationship between the various market participants;
2) The obligations which producers and suppliers must fulfil with regard to green or renewable energy;
3) Consumer protection legislation, including privacy regulations.
